Tyndall Australian equities dealer Mr Adam Ritter was recognised as one of the investment industry’s people of potential in the IFSA/Deloitte Future Leaders Awards for 2007.
Adam was one of 13 young representatives from IFSA member companies who applied their talents to develop innovative papers that address three of the industry's pressing issues related to:
- - Investment Management
- Superannuation and retirement income
- Life Insurance
Adam wrote a pertinent and very well researched paper on Climate Change, therefore addressing one of today's industry conundrums. He was mentored throughout the process by Tyndall’s Head of Research, Roger Collison, and also received strong support from the broader Value Equities team.
Mr Brett Himbury, managing director of Tyndall, said that Tyndall will continue to support industry programmes such as the Future Leaders Award as it provides our people with a great opportunity and also creates value for our business. In this regard Tyndall will be discussing Adam's paper and determining actions to ensure the excellent insights he offered through the paper are adopted in our work practices.

Mr Ritter joined Tyndall in 2006 and has a particularly strong hedge fund background, involving both dealing and fundamental analysis within a value philosophy.
